We are living in a world crammed with wars full of fatal hi-tech weapons and destructive means. What is more serious and more dangerous than the war itself is the idea behind it, and the power controls it.
Through ancient ages, the meaning of war might differ from the contemporary ones. It was so enough for any army to defeat the enemy and to stop the war. But, since discovering America late in the 15th century, the play has been changed. Peoples testified new ideas more destructive than weapons. It is the idea of "ethnic cleansing" which allows the invaders to replace the native peoples and to seize their own land.
Thus, the weapons have been changed and took new meanings and even new duties; not only to kill, but also to destroy the land itself, poison plants, destroy human health, and to prevent innocent people from accessing to their living resources. And for achieving such horrible targets, theses destructive ideas produced new kinds of weapons such as the nuclear, hydrogen, vacuum and germ bombs as well as weapons with enriched uranium.
Those who invented the weapons of mass destruction have forgotten a very important and easy point; that the globe is a shelter for everybody lives on. And what affects your "enemy" today, no doubt, will affect you tomorrow.
The Globe we are living on is owned by all of us, and it is the place which has no alternative; we can not leave it looking for any other choices.
Thus, who would protect the super powers in the case they lost their water resources and suffered drought? Who will help them if the animals died and their countries turned into waste land? Everybody should answer this question.
The exhibition entitled "Environment without war" includes 6 works, and a short film duration of 120 seconds.
